Kira is a native Arizonan and a graduate of ASU, earning a BA in Communication. Kira’s passion for fashion, relentless study of human communication, love of design and her personal desire to support, inspire and teach others, began with the launch of the popular local blog Fashion Phoenix.com in 2009.
